Sausage Festival and Barrel Race

2025 Edition

The 2025 Sausage Festival was held in Castelnuovo Don Bosco from Friday, July 4 to Sunday, July 6, in Piazza Italia. The food stand was open every evening from 7:30 PM with sausage-based dishes and local DOC wines.

On Friday, the "Annovanta" evening brought 90s hits back to the square. On Saturday, the qualifying rounds of the Barrel Race took place along the town streets, followed by the children's Butaj Baby Race and a musical show in the evening. Sunday was the main day, featuring the head-to-head challenges of the Barrel Race between the neighborhoods and the Neighborhood Parade with floats, closing out a very well-attended weekend.
