The 2025 edition of Sauris in Festa – Festa del Prosciutto took place over two July weekends in Sauris di Sotto, featuring tastings of smoked ham, agricultural markets, guided tours of the ham factories and Zahre brewery, and live music.
In 2025, Sauris in Festa once again celebrated the village's smoked ham, spreading the event over two July weekends in Sauris di Sotto. Among the tasting stands, the agri-food market of Carnia producers, guided tours of the ham factories and Zahre brewery, and live music, the festival attracted numerous visitors to the heart of the Carnic Dolomites.
