Edition 2025 — Sardella Day

The 2025 edition of Sardella Day in Paranza took place on Saturday, May 3, at the Arena dei Quadri in Sant'Antonio di Medicina, in the province of Bologna. The Associazione Torre dei Cavalli offered its classic blue fish dinner, with the usual sardine menu in all its variations, live music, and mandatory booking to reserve a seat at the table.

The Sardella Day 2025 was held on Saturday, May 3, 2025, at the Arena dei Quadri in Sant'Antonio di Medicina, organized by the Associazione Torre dei Cavalli.

For this edition too, the star was the sardine, served in numerous preparations of the Adriatic maritime tradition, from paella to sardines in saor, up to fried and grilled sardines. The evening, accompanied by live music, took place with mandatory booking, and the proceeds were allocated to the association's activities in the area.
