Edition 2025 — Sapori in Festa

The 2025 edition of Sapori in Festa took place on August 17 in the historic center of Pettorano sul Gizio. As is tradition, restaurateurs and wineries from Central Abruzzo set up their stalls in the village squares, offering traditional dishes from the Peligna Valley, cured meats, cheeses, and regional wines, accompanied by live music and entertainment until late at night.

On August 17, 2025, Sapori in Festa once again brought the squares of Pettorano sul Gizio, in the province of L'Aquila, to life. The food and wine festival, organized by the Pro Loco, brought together restaurateurs and winemakers from Central Abruzzo, who offered traditional dishes, cured meats, cheeses, and desserts paired with local wines along the village alleys.

The evening was accompanied by live music and entertainment, in a festive atmosphere that enlivened the medieval village—one of the 'Most Beautiful Villages in Italy'—until late at night. The event confirmed Sapori in Festa as one of the most anticipated summer events in the Peligna Valley.
