Santo Stefano Fair 2025
On Friday, December 26, 2025, the Santo Stefano Fair filled the center of Avezzano with around 160 exhibitors who arrived from all over Italy. Promoted by the municipal administration in collaboration with local merchants, the event took place from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM along a loop route that touched via Mazzini, via Trieste, via Corradini, via Pagani, piazza della Repubblica, and via Marconi.
An area was dedicated to gift items and handicrafts, while street food and the flavors of the peninsula were protagonists alongside stalls selling clothing, books, and curiosities. The day was enlivened by street performers, music, and mini-concerts. Councilor Pierluigi Di Stefano defined the fair as "an increasingly important calling card for the city," confirming its role as a highlight of the Marsican Christmas.
