Edition 2025 — Santi Medici Uggiano

The 2025 edition of the Santi Medici Fair and Festival took place in Uggiano la Chiesa from September 26th to 28th, with the Santi Medici Park as its epicenter. Alongside religious celebrations and the procession presided over by the Archbishop of Otranto, the program featured the historic market fair, town square concerts, brass bands, and fireworks, drawing faithful and visitors from all over lower Salento.

2025 Edition

The Santi Medici festival in Uggiano la Chiesa was celebrated from September 26 to 28, 2025. On Friday, September 26, the evening opened with fireworks and a concert by Italian Graffiti, dedicated to Italian pop music from the 1960s to today. Saturday, September 27, after the band's dawn concert, the center came alive with Bar Italia and its tricolor party. Sunday, September 28, the market fair occupied the morning, followed in the afternoon by music from Mistura Louca with guest Eloyse and the grand concert by the Banda Città di Squinzano. Framing the three days were the liturgical celebrations and the procession to the chapel of the miracle, the heart of Uggiano's devotion to SS. Cosma e Damiano.

  • Friday, September 26 - Religious celebrations; in the evening, fireworks and a concert by Italian Graffiti (Italian pop music from the 60s to today).
  • Saturday, September 27 - Band's dawn concert; celebrations and procession; in the evening, tricolor party with Bar Italia.
  • Sunday, September 28 - Market fair in the morning; in the afternoon, music with Mistura Louca and guest Eloyse, followed by the grand concert by the Banda Città di Squinzano.
