Edition 2025 — Santa Petronilla

In July 2025, Assoro celebrated its patron saint, Santa Petronilla, with several days of festivities culminating on July 14th. Highlights included the High Mass in the Basilica of San Leone, the evening procession of the statue through the center, and musical events in the square, featuring a concert by QBeta in Piazza Marconi.

2025 Edition

The 2025 edition of the Santa Petronilla Patronal Feast in Assoro took place in July, with the main day being July 14th. The community paid homage to the patron saint with a High Mass in the Basilica of San Leone and the traditional evening procession of the statue through the historic center, accompanied by the brass band and confraternities.

Among the civil events, the concert by the Sicilian reggae group QBeta was held on the evening of July 14th in Piazza Marconi, enlivening the festival with live music. The festivities concluded with the customary moments of popular gathering in the Enna village.
