Edition 2025 — Santa Maria delle Grazie Feast

On August 17 and 18, 2025, Barrea celebrated the Santa Maria delle Grazie Patronal Feast, a central event of the "Suggestioni d'Estate 2025" program. Two days of devotion and celebration, featuring religious services, the procession dedicated to the Madonna delle Grazie, and public festivities in the village overlooking the lake, in the heart of the Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise National Park.

2025 Edition

The 2025 edition of the Santa Maria delle Grazie Patronal Feast took place in Barrea on August 17 and 18, 2025, as part of the rich summer program "Suggestioni d'Estate 2025" organized by the Pro Loco Vallis Regia APS in collaboration with the municipal administration and local associations.

The Barrea community paid homage to its patron saint with traditional religious services, the procession through the village streets, and public celebrations in the square, featuring illuminations, music, and social gatherings. The feast was one of the highlights of the 2025 summer in Barrea, blending nature, culture, and local flavors in the heart of the Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise National Park.
