Edition 2025 — Santa Croce Fair

On May 3rd, 2025, Casamassima celebrated its Santa Croce Fair, upholding a tradition rooted for generations. The streets of the center—from Piazza Aldo Moro to Corso Vittorio Emanuele—were filled with stalls and visitors, while the religious feast drew the faithful to the relic of the Holy Wood for a day of commerce, gastronomy, and popular devotion.

The 2025 edition of the Santa Croce Fair took place as usual on May 3rd, enlivening the entire center of Casamassima. Hundreds of stalls occupied Piazza Aldo Moro, Via Marconi, Largo Fiera, and Corso Vittorio Emanuele, offering clothing, handicrafts, typical products, and traditional Apulian sweets.

Alongside the commercial aspect, the day maintained its strong religious value, with celebrations in honor of the Holy Cross and the veneration of the Holy Wood relic. As every year, the influx of visitors from neighboring towns made it necessary to close city schools for the entire day.
