Santa Caterina Fair – Fair of Culinary Excellence

The 2025 edition of the Santa Caterina Fair was held on Sunday, November 30, in the historic center of Monte San Savino (AR), with opening hours from morning to evening.

The day confirmed the identity of the Fair of Culinary Excellence: traditional stalls, the Court of Flavors with typical products and gastronomic specialties of the Arezzo Valdichiana, and the historic appeal of the whistling hand-warmer.

Among the events were the oil competition and the Santa Caterina Vinsanto competition at the Palazzo Galletti Auditorium, storytelling for children in the village streets, and the arrival of Santa Claus in the afternoon. Completing the program was the third edition of the olive oil walk, a 6 km loop hike through terraced olive groves, starting from the Cassero Museum in Piazza Gamurrini, with a final tasting of the competing oils.
