Edition 2025 — Sant'Oronzo Feast
The 2025 Sant'Oronzo Patronal Feast brought Ostuni to life from August 25th to 27th, confirming its status as the most attended event of the city's summer. The heart of the festivities was the Cavalcata on August 26th, with riders in Napoleonic uniforms escorting the patron's silver statue along the streets of the historic center, accompanied by the pontifical mass and the procession.
The great novelty of 2025 was the silent baroque fireworks: on the evening of August 26th, the sky above Viale Oronzo Quaranta was illuminated with a display of lights, colors, and music with low acoustic impact, respecting the environment, animals, and the most sensitive people, visible from the Foro Boario and the lower parts of the city. On the musical front, the bands Città di Lecce (August 25), Città di Giovinazzo (August 26), and Città di Squinzano (August 27) took turns performing, while the closing evening featured DJ sets and concerts at the Foro Boario for an audience of all generations.
