Sant'Eraclio Carnival

The 2025 edition of the Sant'Eraclio Carnival confirmed the strong bond of the Foligno hamlet with this historic event. On the Sundays of Carnival, the papier-mâché allegorical floats built by the village workshops paraded through the streets of Sant'Eraclio, accompanied by hundreds of masks and choreographies from masked groups and dance schools.

As tradition dictates, the Carnival Tavern was open every evening with local culinary specialties, in a festive atmosphere that involved the entire community. A tradition that, year after year, keeps the papier-mâché craftsmanship and the popular spirit of Carnival alive in Foligno.
