Edition 2025 — Sant'Antonio and San Rocco Festival

During the summer of 2025, the village of Prezza, in the province of L'Aquila, once again renewed its celebrations in honor of Saint Anthony and Saint Roch. In Piazza Umberto I, the Prezza community gathered for the religious celebrations and moments of conviviality that accompany every summer in the Peligna Valley, as part of the rich 'Estate a Prezza' program.

The 2025 Sant'Antonio and San Rocco Festival took place in Piazza Umberto I, in the heart of the village of Prezza (AQ), confirming a tradition deeply rooted in the Peligna Valley community. The religious celebrations in honor of the two saints represented one of the most heartfelt moments of the summer in Prezza, blending popular devotion with village life.

As is customary, the festivities were part of the summer calendar curated by the Municipality of Prezza and the local Pro Loco, which offers a rich program of events every year, including music, shows, and food and wine traditions. The festival offered residents and visitors the opportunity to experience the authentic atmosphere of an Apennine village in Abruzzo.
