Edition 2025 — Sant'Anna Fredda Festival

The 2025 edition of the Sant'Anna Fredda Festival confirmed the winter votive tradition born in 1920 in Menà di Castagnaro: a gastronomic stand with dishes of traditional Venetian cuisine, dancing evenings, and the Sunday Sant'Anna lunch, in a festive and convivial atmosphere among the oldest in the Bassa Veronese.

In 2025, the hamlet of Menà di Castagnaro once again renewed its appointment with the Sant'Anna Fredda Festival, one of the oldest winter votive feasts in the Veronese area. The gastronomic stand offered the great classics of peasant tables — bigoli with sardines, beef in broth, cotechino, polenta — while the dancing evenings brought the community together. Organized by Circolo NOI, the Parish, and AVIS of Menà with the Municipality of Castagnaro, the festival reaffirmed its identity and volunteer value for the town in the Bassa Veronese.
