The 2025 Sant'Anna Festival in Galatone

The 2025 edition was held on Saturday, July 26th, on the day dedicated to Saint Anne, in Via Metello, at the San Francesco d'Assisi Parish (Capuchins) in Galatone (LE). The evening, starting at 8:30 PM, combined the devotional moment in honor of the saint with the neighborhood festival.

The musical highlight was provided by the Scazzacatarante, a folk music and dance group from Salento, who brought the pizzica and traditional rhythms to the streets, involving both residents and visitors. The festival confirmed itself as one of the most heartfelt events of the Galatone summer, included in the rich "Galatone Summer 2025" calendar, which featured religious celebrations, theater reviews, and folk music evenings from July to September.
