Sant'Alessandro Alpine Festival

The 2025 edition of the Sant'Alessandro Alpine Festival took place at the Forte Batteria di Mezzo, on Monte Brione in Riva del Garda, confirming a deeply rooted tradition in the Riva summer season. The program featured the flag-raising ceremony with civil and military authorities, a memorial mass for the fallen, performances by mountain choirs, and competitions between the Alpini groups of the Upper Garda. There was no shortage of convivial moments centered around alpine cuisine, with traditional lunches and dinners. The event, with free admission, allowed visitors to reach the fort via shuttle or along the scenic Peace Trail, rediscovering one of the symbolic landmarks of the Municipality of Riva del Garda, in the province of Trento.
