San Vito Romano Polenta and Fritto Misto Festival

On Sunday, February 23, 2025, the second edition of the festival marked the move of the celebration from Piazza Marconi to Borgo Mario Theodoli, the high and most scenic heart of the historic center of San Vito Romano. From 12:00 PM, the Pro Loco stands served two types of polenta and the typical San Vito fried treats, along with local wines and a children's menu with hot dogs and chips, with card payments available.

The day began at 11:00 AM with guided tours of the historic center led by Dr. Irene Quaresima, departing from the Town Hall. From 12:00 PM, itinerant music with the Lestofunky street band and the magic of Mago Parker entertained the crowd, while around 3:00 PM, the streets of the town were enlivened by the parade of floats and costumed groups organized by the San Vito Arte Association for the Carnival celebrations. Free parking was available on Viale Giovanni XXIII with a shuttle to the village.
