San Vito - Patronal Feast of Omegna

The 2025 edition of San Vito, the patronal feast of Omegna, was held from August 22 to September 1, 2025. The festival opened on August 22 with a concert by the Nuova Filarmonica Omegnese for its 40th anniversary.

Among the highlights were the classical music series "I Concerti di Santa Marta," featuring the Piero Gobetti Music High School, the Ensemble Pecelli, and the Quartetto Gama, as well as various cover bands with repertoires from Claudio Baglioni, Queen, and Cristina D'Avena. Unmissable were the two pyromusical shows on Lake Orta, held on Sunday, August 24 and Sunday, August 31, and the traditional procession with the blessing of the lake on August 30, a ritual renewed since 1611. There was no shortage of children's entertainment, activities at the Parco della Fantasia Gianni Rodari, and the Cittadella del Gusto food area.
