San Vito delle Corone Festival - Pilgrimage to the Sanctuary

The 2025 San Vito delle Corone Festival took place on August 8th in Celle di San Vito, in the heart of the Monti Dauni in the Province of Foggia. The day combined the spiritual dimension of the pilgrimage to the Sanctuary of San Vito, with mass celebrated inside the restored place of worship, and the community aspect of the procession of the three saints' statues through the streets of the village.

The event was part of an intense summer calendar, which in the following days included the Neighbor's Festival (August 10th), the Emigrant's Festival with mass in the Franco-Provençal language (August 12th), and the celebrations for the patron saint San Vincenzo Ferreri (August 13th), confirming August 8th as one of the most attended events of the summer in Celle.

• Holy Mass in the sanctuary
• Convivial moment with a shared outdoor lunch
• Afternoon — Return procession of the statues of San Vito, San Modesto, and Santa Crescenza on carts adorned with fabrics and flowers, from the sanctuary to the village
