San Vincenzo Ferreri Feast 2025
The 2025 edition of the patronal feast of Casteltermini took place on Saturday, July 5, and Sunday, July 6, 2025. The program combined traditional religious rites and popular celebration moments dear to the community of the Agrigento hinterland.
Key events included: solemn masses in the Mother Church, the pilgrimage to the saint's chapel on the rock, the solemn procession of the statue of the patron saint through the streets of the center at the end of the Sunday celebration, and the evocative historical event 'Correva l'anno 1629... Elezione della Dama delle Terre di Chiuddia', organized by the Pro Loco with the Corteo Storico Principi Termini e Ferreri association. The festivities concluded with fireworks in Piazza Duomo.
