Edition 2025 — San Valerio Dinner
The 2025 edition of the San Valerio Dinner renewed the winter tradition of the Pro Loco in Occimiano: an evening dedicated to polenta and wild boar on the occasion of the patron saint's feast. The religious festival of San Valerio, celebrated on January 22nd in the parish church with a solemn mass and the blessing of the ear-shaped biscuits, provided the backdrop for the gastronomic event. The dinner, hosted in the halls of the Villa dei Marchesi Da Passano, confirmed the commitment of the Occimiano Pro Loco, active since 1983, to promoting the local cuisine of the Alessandria Monferrato and village conviviality.
