Edition 2025 — San Pellegrino Fair
The 2025 edition of the San Pellegrino Fair was held on Thursday, May 1st, in the historic center of Forlì, confirming its role as a traditional event combining popular faith and a street festival. From 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM, Piazza Morgagni, Via Flavio Biondo, and Corso della Repubblica were filled with stalls, colors, and scents.
Alongside the stalls selling citrons, the saint's symbolic citrus fruit, visitors found food products, sweets, home decor items, clothing, handicrafts, and curiosities. The faithful could visit the San Pellegrino Basilica (Santa Maria dei Servi) and have their citrons blessed, consuming them as a wish for health and prosperity. For art lovers, the major exhibition Nello specchio di Narciso at the Musei San Domenico was open in the city. Bars and restaurants in the center offered local cuisine.
