Edition 2025 — Torcinello Festival
The twentieth edition
The 2025 edition of the San Paolo di Civitate Torcinello Festival marked an important milestone: the 20th edition, celebrated on August 2 and 3, 2025 in Piazza Aldo Moro, in the center of San Paolo di Civitate (FG). The absolute star was the torcinello, lamb offal rolls grilled according to the traditional Tavoliere recipe.
In addition to the food stalls, the program offered two evenings of entertainment: on Saturday, August 2, the BeatSKA concert accompanied by street artists and bands, and on Sunday, August 3, a performance by Tammurria along with flag-wavers, musicians, and street bands. For the little ones, bouncy castles and entertainment made the festival family-friendly.
Organized by the Pro Loco "Civitas" APS, the festival confirmed its role as a key summer event in San Paolo di Civitate, drawing thousands of visitors from the province of Foggia and neighboring regions.
