Edition 2025 — San Michele Fair

The 2025 edition of the San Michele Fair was held on Sunday, September 28, in Scopello, preceded on Saturday the 27th by the Associations' Dinner featuring Panissa Vercellese. Sunday featured the gathering of herds in the Fonderia meadows, craft and local product markets, the Shepherd's Lunch with tripe minestrone, and the awards ceremony for breeders.

The 2025 San Michele Fair in Scopello took place over two days. On Saturday, September 27, the Associations' Dinner opened the festivities with Panissa Vercellese prepared by chefs from Arborio. On Sunday, September 28, the main fair was held: the gathering of herds in the Fonderia meadows along the Sesia, craft and local product markets, and the traditional Shepherd's Lunch organized by the Pro Loco, featuring tripe minestrone cooked in copper pots over a wood fire. The day concluded with the presentation of awards and traditional cowbells to the breeders, as well as a commemorative recognition dedicated to the former mayor Paolo Ferraris.
