Edition 2025 — San Michele Carnival

In 2025, the Pro Loco Amici di San Michele once again enlivened the Carnival season in the San Michele district of Mongrando, in the province of Biella. As per tradition, the event focused on the table, with a convivial dinner featuring typical Biellese Carnival dishes, particularly fagiolata, and a moment of celebration to bring the village community together in the heart of the Piedmontese winter.

San Michele Carnival 2025

In 2025, the San Michele Carnival confirmed its intimate and convivial formula, faithful to the Carnival tradition of the Biella area. In the San Michele district of Mongrando (BI), the Pro Loco Amici di San Michele offered a village dinner with typical seasonal dishes, including fagiolata, the bean and pork rind soup that is a symbol of the local Carnival.

More than a spectacular event, the 2025 edition proved once again to be a moment of encounter for the families and friends of the district, in the spirit of community that has always characterized the events organized by the Pro Loco on Via Truccobello.
