Edition 2025 — Lamb Festival
The 55th edition of the San Martino sul Fiora Lamb Festival was held during the Easter weekend of 2025, in the hamlet of the Municipality of Manciano. As per tradition, the festival featured lamb buglione and other specialties of the Maremma peasant cuisine, accompanied by live music and moments of conviviality organized by the local Pro Loco.
The 2025 edition of the Lamb Festival confirmed the charm of one of the longest-running festivals in the Tuscan Maremma. In the village of San Martino sul Fiora, a hamlet of Manciano (Grosseto), the community gathered to celebrate Easter around lamb buglione, the festival's signature dish.
Between food stalls, the 'budellini' dinner, music, and dancing, the event renewed the town's bond with its pastoral tradition in 2025, attracting visitors from across the province.
