San Martino Festival - Rituals, Food and Wine

The 2025 edition of the San Martino Festival - Rituals, Food and Wine brought Formello to life for two days. On Saturday, artisan and producer stalls opened at 10:00 AM along Viale Umberto I and the municipal gardens; on Sunday morning, mass in honor of Saint Martin at the church of San Lorenzo Martire opened the second day, which concluded in the evening.

Among the most popular events were the falconry demonstrations in the municipal gardens, donkey rides for children, and the parade of flag-wavers through the village streets. Traditional meals were served in the Sala Orsini and the courtyard of Palazzo Chigi, with the collaboration of students from the local hospitality school. The event, promoted by the Municipality with the Pro Loco and local associations and supported by the BCC of Formello and Trevignano Romano, confirmed the free-admission format, with reservations required only for lunches and dinners.
