San Martino Fair 2025
The 2025 edition was held on Saturday, November 8, 2025, in Ala, in the Vallagarina valley, from approximately 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, along Via Tre Chiodi and the streets of the historic center. It served as a bridge between past and present: from the ancient livestock and agricultural market to today's popular festival.
The stalls offered seasonal agricultural products (apples, pumpkins, chestnuts, honey, cheeses, and cured meats) and handicrafts. The gastronomic areas featured traditional Trentino dishes — canederli, polenta, carne salada e fasoi, apple strudel — while bands, choirs, and folk groups animated the squares and streets, with entertainment for children. The fair, organized by the Municipality of Ala, took place as scheduled even in case of bad weather.
