Edition 2025 — San Lorenzo in Chambons

In 2025, Chambons celebrated its patron saint, Saint Lawrence, on August 10th, with Holy Mass, the distribution of blessed bread, a fair, and the unmissable performance of the Bal da Sabre with the Ragazze in Costume. A day of popular celebration and Occitan tradition that enlivened the Fenestrelle hamlet in the height of summer, between devotion and alpine culture.

The 2025 edition of the San Lorenzo Festival in Chambons, a hamlet of Fenestrelle in the Chisone Valley (TO), took place as tradition dictates on August 10th. The community gathered around the patronal Holy Mass, accompanied by the Bal da Sabre and the Ragazze in Costume, and shared in the distribution of blessed bread.

Along the streets of the hamlet, the fair and convivial moments confirmed the authentic character of this mountain festival, capable of uniting devotion, Occitan folklore, and hospitality, in the wake of the celebrations that have marked the summer of the lower hamlets of Fenestrelle for generations.
