San Gottardo Patronal Festival in Colloro

In 2025, the San Gottardo Patronal Festival in Colloro, a hamlet of Premosello-Chiovenda, was celebrated on May 4th. At 10:30 AM, the solemn mass took place with the traditional blessing of the rye bread, followed by a procession through the village streets with the saint's statue, accompanied by the Fomarco Brass Band. At 1:00 PM, the community lunch was held at the Colloro ACLI Circolo, and in the afternoon, at 3:30 PM, vespers were celebrated with festivities and accordion music. A day that once again showcased the dedication of residents and volunteers in keeping this beloved Val Grande tradition alive.
