Edition 2025 — San Giovanni Polenta Feast
In 2025, Pianfei celebrated its patron saint, Saint John the Baptist, with the San Giovanni Polenta Feast: the traditional polenta banquet followed by an orchestra-led dance evening, as part of the "Giugno pianfeiese" festivities.
The 2025 edition of the San Giovanni Polenta Feast took place in Pianfei on June 24th, the feast day of the patron saint. After the polenta dinner, the evening continued with dancing accompanied by the Sonia De Castelli orchestra and saxophonist Fiorenzo Tassinari. The event was one of the most cherished moments of the summer calendar in this Monregalese village, confirming the vitality of a popular tradition that blends gastronomy, music, and community.
