The 51st edition of the Notturna di San Giovanni took place on Saturday, June 14, 2025, in Cesena, with the patronage of the Municipality and the organization of Gruppo Podistico Endas Cesena. The meeting was set for Piazza della Libertà from 4:00 PM, with the competitive race starting at 8:00 PM.

The competitive race, ENDAS homologated, was held on a 10.5 km route with start and finish in Piazza della Libertà, limited to 600 participants and a maximum time of 90 minutes. The event also included a non-competitive recreational walk/run of 10.5 km open to everyone with a free start and a walk with tourist guides of 3 km, with starts in the late afternoon.

The advance registration for the competitive race cost €15.00 online at endu.net, with the possibility of registering on the day for €18.00, confirming the event's strong appeal in the Romagnola running calendar.
