San Gaetano Festival in Scauri

The 2025 patronal feast

The 2025 edition of the San Gaetano Festival in Scauri, Pantelleria (TP), took place from August 4th to 7th. The preparatory triduum included, on the preceding evenings, the recitation of the Rosary, Holy Masses, the Via Lucis on Sunday, August 4th, the Mass with the anointing of the sick on August 5th, and a children's workshop with Grest animators on August 6th.

On the day of the feast, Thursday, August 7th, at 6:30 PM, the Holy Mass and the procession of the patron saint through the village streets were held. From 8:30 PM, the festivities continued in Piazza Grande with the pane cunzato festival and Zibibbo tastings, live music by the band KANTUS, and a DJ set by DJ Crokke, culminating in the classic midnight pasta feast and final fireworks. The event was organized by the Associazione Crescere Insieme APS with the parish of Scauri and the patronage of the Municipality of Pantelleria.
