Edition 2025 — San Francesco Festival in Khamma

The 2025 edition reached its peak on Saturday, October 4th, preceded by the triduum from October 1st to 3rd. The procession departed at 5:30 PM from the Madonna della Pace Church in Tracino towards the San Francesco square. From 7:30 PM, the district came alive along Via San Francesco with music, dancing, performances by children and adults, a show by juggler Fabrizio Campo, a hearty dinner with Pantelleria wine, and an antique exhibition at the Circolo Trieste.

San Francesco Festival in Khamma 2025

The 2025 edition took place from Wednesday, October 1st to Saturday, October 4th, in the Khamma district of Pantelleria. The triduum of preparation (October 1-3) featured the rosary and Holy Mass with confessions every day at 5:30 PM.

On Saturday, October 4th, the day of the patron saint, the solemn procession departed at 5:30 PM from the Madonna della Pace Church in Tracino, reaching the San Francesco square for Mass. From 7:30 PM, the festivities animated Via San Francesco with music by Maestro Francesco, dancing, performances by children and adults, entertainment by juggler Fabrizio Campo, a rich dinner with island wine, and an antique exhibition at the Circolo Trieste. The event was organized by the P.G.S. Madonna della Pace, chaired by Rosanna Petrillo, with the patronage of the Municipality of Pantelleria.

Triduum October 1-3 at 5:30 PM (rosary and Holy Mass). Saturday, October 4th: 5:30 PM procession from the Madonna della Pace Church (Tracino) and Holy Mass; from 7:30 PM festivities along Via San Francesco with music, dancing, performances, show by juggler Fabrizio Campo, dinner and tastings of local products; antique exhibition at the Circolo Trieste.
