The Day of San Donato — August 7, 2025

The main day of the patronal feast, August 7, 2025, followed the usual ritual: solemn mass in the morning, a performance by the majorettes, the heartfelt procession of the Saint's wooden bust through the streets of Carlantino in the late afternoon, and in the evening the concert by the 'Città di Gravina in Puglia' band, followed by traditional fireworks.

Inside the 2025 Carlantino Summer

Around the patronal day, the program offered moments of music and community: the Pro Loco Festival with the Straw Bale big band (August 5), historical re-enactments and 90s music (August 6), the Biagio Antonacci tribute concert (August 8), the Emigrant's Festival (August 9), and, closing the program, the Farmers' Festival on August 12 with a tractor parade, thanksgiving mass, and tasting of local products. A rich edition that confirmed the role of the San Donato feast as the main identity-defining event of Carlantino, in the Fortore Valley.
