San Donato Fair

In 2025, the San Donato Fair returned on time in mid-August: on Monday the 11th and Tuesday the 12th, the stalls occupied Viale Marconi, attracting visitors from all over the Comino Valley as per tradition. The fair was part of a particularly rich summer program promoted by the Municipality of San Donato Val di Comino: after the patronal feast on August 6th, 7th, and 8th, the town hosted days of events including urban trekking in the historic center, book presentations in the Town Hall garden — including, on August 12th, the volume by Ciro Castellucci on the golden eagle in southern Lazio — and, later on, the Tarantella Festival and the concert by Uto Ughi with the Filarmonici di Roma. An intense summer in which the fair confirmed its role as a market and popular event in the heart of the San Donato August.
