The 2025 patron saint festival in Terracina

From November 8 to 10, 2025, Terracina celebrated its patron saint, San Cesareo, with three days of events in the upper historic center and Piazza Municipio. The festival opened on Saturday, November 8, at 4:00 PM with an exhibition in the municipal atrium of works created by fifth-grade classes; at 6:00 PM, the solemn Holy Mass was held in the Co-cathedral of San Cesareo, followed by the traditional procession with the saint through the streets of the upper and lower historic center.

The "Un Patrono per Amico" project, organized by the Pro Loco of Terracina with the patronage of the Municipality and the collaboration of the San Cesareo Parish and the Fondazione Città di Terracina, enlivened the streets of Terracina Alta with markets, circus and juggling shows, concerts, and creative workshops, in addition to guided tours of the Roman Theater. On Sunday, November 9, the religious program continued with masses at 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM and the Holy Rosary at 5:30 PM, while the weekly market area hosted the San Cesareo Fair on Sunday and Monday. The event concluded on Monday, November 10, at 11:00 AM at the Roman Theater with the theatrical performance "The Little Prince".
