Edition 2025 — San Bortol Festival

The 2025 edition of the San Bortol Festival took place on Sunday, August 24th, in Capriana, in the Fiemme Valley. The day was organized by volunteers from nine local associations coordinated by the Pro Loco Capriana Dal'Aves al Corn, featuring a special moment: the inauguration of the new village square.

2025 Edition

The 2025 San Bortol Festival was held on Sunday, August 24th, in Capriana, as the patronal feast in honor of Saint Bartholomew. The edition was managed by volunteers from nine local associations coordinated by the Pro Loco Capriana Dal'Aves al Corn.

The program began at 4:00 PM with Holy Mass, followed at 5:00 PM by the inauguration of the new village square, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by local authorities and a community aperitif. The afternoon featured games and music for children and families; from 7:00 PM, the food stalls opened, serving canederli, tripe, stew with polenta, black polenta with green beans, and grostoli, accompanied by local wines and live music by the group Avisiomix.

Programme

4:00 PM Holy Mass; 5:00 PM inauguration of the new village square with ribbon-cutting and community aperitif; from 5:00 PM games and music for children and families; from 7:00 PM opening of food stalls with traditional Trentino dishes and live music (Avisiomix).
