Edition 2025 — Baccelli Festival

The 133rd edition of the Salviano Baccelli Festival took place on Sunday, May 4, 2025, starting at 9:00 AM. The oldest festival in Livorno filled Via di Salviano with stalls, food stands, and activities, confirming the tradition of baccelli and pecorino and the centrality of the Salvianese soup, promoted by the San Martino Parish and the Arci "Carli" Club.

The 133rd edition of the Salviano Baccelli Festival was held on Sunday, May 4, 2025, from 9:00 AM, in the Salviano district of Livorno. Promoted by the San Martino Parish and the Arci "Carli" Club with the support of the Municipality of Livorno and the LEM Foundation, the festival featured the usual program with a thanksgiving mass, about fifty stalls along Via di Salviano, and traditional dishes.

The culinary heart of the edition was the baccelli grown specifically for the Club by the "Garzelli" farm in Salviano and the Salvianese soup, served alongside other typical Livorno dishes in an atmosphere of an authentic neighborhood celebration.
