Edition 2025 — Salitano Carnival

The 2025 edition of the Salitano Carnival took place in Salaparuta with four festive evenings at the "Nick La Rocca" Auditorium. Following the opening on March 1st, March 2nd was dedicated to the "Children's Carnival," March 3rd to the "Masquerade Night," and March 8th to the final "Carnevalone." Parades also animated the town streets, involving local school students with the theme of "Peoples of the World."

The 2025 Salitano Carnival brought Salaparuta to life with four festive evenings hosted at the "Nick La Rocca" Auditorium. The event opened on Saturday, March 1st, continued on Sunday, March 2nd with the "Children's Carnival" from 4:00 PM, Monday, March 3rd with the "Masquerade Night" from 11:00 PM, and concluded on Saturday, March 8th with the "Carnevalone".

The parades involved the streets of Salaparuta and the nearby town of Poggioreale, with the participation of students from the preschool, primary, and middle schools of the "Luigi Capuana" Institute. The chosen theme was "Peoples of the World", with costumes reflecting different cultures, from China to Mexico, from India to the North Pole, in a celebration of color and tradition shared with the entire community.
