Salento Traditional Craft Fair 2025-2026

From December 27, 2025, to January 6, 2026, the Chiostro dei Teatini in Lecce hosted the Salento Traditional Craft Fair, a Christmas event promoted by the Municipality of Lecce. Exhibitors presented the territory's traditional crafts: Lecce stone, papier-mâché, terracotta, wood, ceramics, and textiles, along with embroidery, wooden toys, handmade jewelry, decorations, and collectibles.

The fair was part of the Lecce Christmas calendar, alongside other markets and artistic lights that animated the historic center, from the nearby Fiera dei Pupi to the markets in Piazza Sant'Oronzo and Piazza Mazzini. It was an opportunity to discover the artistic trades of Salento and purchase authentic items just steps away from the monuments of the Lecce Baroque.
