Edition 2025 — Salento Dance Festival

In the summer of 2025, the Salento Dance Festival returned for its fourteenth edition at the Quattro Colonne in Santa Maria al Bagno, Nardò. On that occasion, Team Galeone Calignano, led by masters Gianfranco Galeone and Biagina Calignano, enlivened the seaside square with a free-entry dance evening featuring standard ballroom, Latin American dances, and group choreography, confirming the event as a staple of the Nardò summer.

The 2025 edition

The 2025 edition of the Salento Dance Festival renewed the summer appointment with dance in the evocative Quattro Colonne square of Santa Maria al Bagno, a seaside hamlet of Nardò, in the province of Lecce. Organized by Team Galeone Calignano, the free-entry evening brought students, young hopefuls, and expert dancers to the open-air stage.

True to its formula, the event celebrated dance in all its forms — from ballroom dancing to Latin American dances — in front of an audience of enthusiasts and curious onlookers, confirming itself as an integral part of the Nardò summer program and a long-awaited stop for dance lovers in Salento.
