Salamino Festival

The 27th edition of the Salamino Festival of Moncestino took place on Sunday, April 6, 2025. The day began at 9:00 AM with registration for the Salamino Trek, departing from Piazza Marconi. From 12:00 PM, the food stalls offered an extensive menu: raw salami and lardo, herb frittata, tongue with green sauce, cotechino with mashed potatoes, pasta e fagioli, pork ribs in tomato sauce, hazelnut cake, and chocolate salami. At the castle, in addition to archery, reflexology demonstrations were scheduled; the Pom Granin equestrian club offered pony rides for children, accompanied by face painting and balloon sculpting.
