Edition 2025 — Saints Peter and Paul Feast in Olgiata
The 9th Half-Marathon and the feast of the patrons
On Saturday, June 28, 2025, Olgiata hosted the ninth edition of the Saints Peter and Paul Half-Marathon, organized by A.S.D. Saints Peter and Paul with start and finish on the parish parvis, in the heart of the Consortium.
The 10 km competitive race started at 9:00 AM and was reserved for CSI members, athletes from other Sports Promotion Bodies, Runcard holders, and FIDAL-affiliated clubs in good standing with a competitive medical certificate; it served as the CSI Regional 10 km Road Running Championship and as a qualifying event for the national championship. At 9:15 AM, the 5 km non-competitive run began, open to everyone and without timing, very popular with families and walkers. Refreshment points were set up along the route and at the finish line.
The following day, Sunday, June 29th, the solemnity of Saints Peter and Paul, patrons of Rome, liturgical celebrations in the parish church concluded the festivities, accompanied by convivial moments organized by the community's volunteers.
