Edition 2025 — Fièro di Sant

On October 25 and 26, 2025, Vinadio celebrated the 169th Fièro di Sant and the 39th Sambucana Sheep Exhibition. Between the historic center and the Forte Albertino, about 200 animals from thirty breeders were showcased, with a market of local products, workshops, lamb and crouset-based gastronomy, the concert of the Great Occitan Orchestra, and the Sunday awards ceremony for the sounaios.

The 2025 edition of the Fièro di Sant in Vinadio was held on Saturday, October 25, and Sunday, October 26, featuring the 169th Saints' Fair and the 39th Sambucana Sheep Exhibition in the spaces of the Forte Albertino and the town's historic center, in the Stura Valley.

About 200 Sambucana sheep, brought by about thirty breeders, enlivened the livestock exhibition. The program included a market of local products, the children's workshop "One, two, three little sheep," crouset demonstrations, tastings of Sambucana sheep products, and a concert by the Great Occitan Orchestra. On Sunday morning, the traditional awards ceremony took place with the presentation of the sounaios to the breeders of the best animals.
