Saint Rosalia Festival

The 2025 edition of the Saint Rosalia Festival renewed the secular devotion to the patron saint in Campofelice di Roccella. The celebrations, preceded by the triduum and itinerant performances by musical bands in the neighborhoods, culminated on September 4th: after the solemn Eucharistic liturgy in the Mother Church in Piazza Garibaldi and the traditional firing of firecrackers at 11:30 AM, the 'Day of Remembrance' rite took place at the war memorial, with a Carabinieri honor guard and the laying of a laurel wreath by the Mayor. In the afternoon, the most anticipated moment: the exit of the Saint's statue and the procession along the town streets decorated with lights and stalls. The evening concluded with a fireworks display, while the traditional fair animated the main street and the town's viewpoint.
