Edition 2025 — Saint Roch Festival
In August 2025, Valsolda celebrated its patron saint, Saint Roch, according to tradition which places the event around August 16th. The festival, combining religious celebrations and community gatherings, brought together the inhabitants of the hamlets on Lake Lugano in the height of summer.
The Festival of Saint Roch, patron saint of Valsolda, was also celebrated in August 2025 in the municipality overlooking Lake Lugano. As every year, the event combined devotion to the saint with community gatherings, in one of the most cherished festivals of the summer calendar in the lower Ceresio area, province of Como.
