Edition 2025 — Saint Roch Festival

In 2025, Cupello celebrated its patron saint, Saint Roch, on August 16th. As per tradition, the day combined religious solemnity—with the open-air Holy Mass in Piazza Garibaldi and the procession through the historic center with local associations—with secular festivities, including a marching band, evening live music, and fireworks over the Cupello sky, all part of the Municipality's rich summer program, held shortly after the 'ndrocchie Festival.

The 2025 edition of the Saint Roch Festival took place on August 16th in Cupello, in the province of Chieti, confirming it as the most cherished event of the Cupello summer. The community gathered in Piazza Garibaldi for the solemn open-air Mass and the procession in honor of the patron saint, accompanied by local confraternities and associations.

Alongside the religious celebrations, the Festival Committee and the Municipality of Cupello offered the usual secular program, with a marching band parade, evening concerts in the square, and fireworks. The festival once again represented a moment of strong collective identity for the town, in the heart of the Vasto hinterland, in Abruzzo.
