Edition 2025 — Saint Roch Montorio

In 2025, Montorio al Vomano once again renewed its devotion to its patron saint, Saint Roch, on August 16th. The celebrations included holy masses in the parish church dedicated to the saint, a blessing, and a procession through the historic center accompanied by the Città di Montorio band. Alongside the religious aspect, the popular festival brought Piazza Orsini to life with music, entertainment, and food stalls, confirming a Ferragosto tradition deeply felt by the Teramo community.

Saint Roch Festival 2025

The 2025 Saint Roch Festival took place on August 16th in Montorio al Vomano, in the province of Teramo, following the village's traditional patronal customs. Religious celebrations—holy masses, a blessing, and a procession with the Città di Montorio Band—marked the day of devotion in the historic center.

The popular festival enlivened Piazza Orsini and the Fonte dei Mulini area with musical evenings, entertainment for children, and food stalls dedicated to traditional Teramo flavors, attracting residents and visitors in the heart of the Ferragosto period.
