Edition 2025 — Saint Rita Milena

In 2025, the Saint Rita Festival enlivened the Villaggio Masaniello of Milena on the last Sunday of May, renewing a devotional tradition that has lasted since the late 1970s. The faithful brought roses for the blessing and participated in the procession of the statue through the streets of Robba Ranni, while the evening concluded with music and fireworks.

The 2025 edition of the Saint Rita Festival took place at Villaggio Masaniello in Milena (Province of Caltanissetta) on the last Sunday of May, according to the custom that links this popular festival to the saint of the impossible.

The central moments were the blessing of the roses, the distribution of rose-shaped pastries, and the afternoon procession of the statue, carried on shoulders by women through Robba Ranni. In the evening, the musical show and fireworks sealed the festivities, confirming the festival as one of the most cherished events for the Milena community.
